Given that the $10mm (assuming it included crew, fuel and food costs) but excluding the docking and visa cost in Vancouver for 28 days, it would have to pay NCL $357,143 a day. Given a capacity of 2,200 pax, that's $162 p.p. p.d. They could have gotten that for the 16 days of circus in Vancouver but not likely for the transition (8 days total).
I'd say Newwest may have gotten $400,000-800,000 for the transition cruise so that leaves it 16-18 days to recoup $9.2m or an $232 p.p. p.d. when in Vancouver.
