Helicopter reservation not guaranteed until confirmed by Mori Building City Air Services, provider of the helicopter service.
Helicopter service, operated by Mori Building City Air Services, is provided in compliance with Japan Aviation and other applicable laws and regulations as well as transportation agreement by charter flight service operator, Excel Air Service Inc.
Online registration form must be submitted at least 36 hours prior to arrival time to Narita International Airport if arriving at/departing from Narita during weekdays or 72 hours if arriving at/departing from during weekend.
Change to an existing helicopter reservation is accepted only if a space is available, unless change is due to the helicopter operator.
Change/cancellation to an existing helicopter reservation is handled solely between the passenger and Mori Building City Air Services.
Helicopter service includes limousine service between Narita International Airport and Narita (Sakura) Heliport.
American Airlines is not responsible for misconnections at Narita International Airport due to helicopter flight delay.
Helicopter reservation is not transferable and not refundable under any circumstances.
Mori Building City Air Services will arrange alternative transportation by limousine in the event of suspension of helicopter due to unfavorable weather conditions or other reasons.
