I don't know with certainty about guaranteed suite UGs for cheapest room, but that would be my expectation - their attitude was "you're an RA so you get a suite". In my case it was a little more complex as I had booked 2 rooms both on points, and they were only willing to UG one of the 2 rooms to a suite; they offered me a very reasonable buy-up for the 2nd room, but I negotiated to have both rooms UGed to better non-suite rooms in lieu of one suite UG and one non-UG. Given how upfront they were about their RA policies, I would suggest calling or emailing to confirm - unlike some ICs that keep RA bennies very mysterious, and where asking ahead may not necessarily the best policy.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, but expensive, so a breakfast-inclusive rate would likely be a good deal.
