It's unbelievable. DL is at least 12 hours behind the curve on this, maybe more. I know people with Super Bowl tickets who are affected, and there's now only 24 hours or so for people to get out of here before the storm hits.

Now, anyone with four $2000 tickets to an event like the SB should pay whatever it takes to change their tickets -- but DL is being incredibly inflexible -- and sluggish -- relative to their competitors.
