I'm considering a rental in Nice with www.holidaylettings.co.uk . Had never heard of them until now, but they have a place that looks great for us.

I've searched the web (and FT), and didn't find any reported problems.

I'm wondering if people here have used them, and how it has worked???

Warnings, concerns, ??? Ways to check things out???

It makes me nervous to deal with an entirely new company via the web. Scams abound, yet that place looks SOOOO GORGEOUS.
