Hard to believe but in Chicago there are now posted signs in the rail cars stating not to be afraid if you see a German sheperd walking through your train. And this afternoon I saw 2 people walk with a muzzled dog for 3 stops. I am not sure who these people were as they were not dressed as Smurfs or Gestapo agents.
