You're naive I'm afraid - BA F doesn't live up to the hype on its website about First. AFAIK they load 2 of each meal type so it sounds like none of the other 6 wanted the beef at all.
Did you ask the Purser why you were considered the least important of the pax there?
I'd allow 2 weeks for feedback - although if you haven't already I would contact YouFirst which you are entitled to do 2 weeks either side of a booking in First.
