Exit row seats on TATL have never been exclusive to Medallions; but open to anyone.
Not so. They were held for gate assignment only until late 2007. If memory serves me, we made a lot of noise here about it and SMI intervened and had the seats freed up. However, they were never marked as 'preferred', which was probably an oversight.
