I have used them and found them to be reasonable (Jetabroad not jetabout). They did have an offer of 10% off if you paid via paypal and when I tried to pay through this method it did not work - so I missed the 10% offer. Nevertheless they always responded to my emails within 24 hours. What seems to be the problem here? Have you tried ringing them?

P.S. The topic suggests it is jetabroad but the post mentions jetabout - which one is it OP?
