Chayz, in regard to the email address, I don't know an email address other than the online form, but two suggestions:

1) Call Customer Service tomorrow, explain the situation, and ask them for an email address as the story will take longer than 1500 letters.

2) You can also note in the online form that you are completing the form in parts (part 1, part 2, part 3, etc.) as your complaint extends for more than 1500 characters.
