Did you get the item in question back? Or did the thief end up walking off with whatever it was, despite the eye witnesses?
If you lost the item, my advice would be to report it to the police rather than AA customer relations.
Otherwise, difficult to ascertain what advice you're in need of here.
What I was originally asking for was simply the email address of AA Customer Relations. As you can see, there were no constructive responses to my specific question, and I, like many others here are guilty of having to defend what should have been a simple post/response. Again I do wish I could share with all of you what happened, and I made absolutely sure to talk to as many close friends and frequent flyers about the incident and they've all agreed this is the action that needs to be taken to prevent what happened to me to happen to anyone else. My apologies...
