Long story short, something was taken from me by an onboard AA employee on a recent flight that was noticed by other passengers. All members of the flight crew were made aware and prevented the employee from coming near me the rest of the flight.
I wish I could go into more detail but until its resolved I can't. I will be overnighting a lengthy letter to the address listed on AA's comments/complaints section but noticed the email portion limits characters to 1500, is there an actual email address i could send this letter to? This is also a situation where I think legal action may be warranted. Thanks very much in advance.
