pegasus8228, I wouldn't risk it. From what people report on FT, everyone's Q-miles toward upgds counter is reset on 01Mar without exception. If you get yourself an extra 2k Q-miles, you'll for sure get the upgds (or more likely want to exchange them for the 10k bonus miles). If you don't, they might not reset the counter, but it seems such a gamble...
