I'm staying here with three colleagues this week. All three are platinums, and all three of us had our own rooms. You think you get treated bad as a platinum at other places?

1. I didn't get upgraded, which is really not that big of a deal in it's self. However, all three of us were downgraded. All three booked King rooms, and we were all three put in double rooms. There were no King bed's available.

2. One of the rooms smells like an ash tray. But since the hotel is sold out this week they can't move the colleague to a room that has not been smoked in.

3. The valet took more than 30 minutes to bring my car out this morning. The parking garage is under the hotel.

As the above poster mentioned, the lounge is great both in the morning, and especially at night. The staff is awesome. The treatment of platinums just isn't what it should be.
