The Delsey bags I've owned that have been destroyed by airlines' baggage handling have not been covered under any warranty at all even though it was obviously a poor design that has been replaced by full zippers.

RedOxx is good as gold although their bags are very difficult to harm. I can't even think of what it would take to hurt a RedOxx product.
