one point to add:
if u r other OW elite member e.g. BA/CX, you get into lounge even if you fly DOMESTIC AA!
(i believe for AA member you can also vist the limited BA lounges when you travel domestic, e.g. in PHL, EWR, etc)

one question to raise: can other OW emeralk member visit the flagship lounge?
