What about folks with no status travelling internationally on business and first class tickets?

(2ManyMiles wrote "If you are PLT or EXP, and traveling internationally, you have access to busines class sounges, a.k.a. the AAdmiral's clubs." which suggests the reverse is false, i.e. "If you're not a PLT or EXP, you don't get AAdmirals Clubs, even if you're travelling internationally [on a business-class ticket]." But that seems surprising.)

AA.com's Programs & Services - Airport & Fleet Info - Premium Services section interestingly fails to mention anything about lounges for int'l business class. Their "Flagship Lounges" page specifically admits internatioanl First passengers, according to their web site (and they also mention having a new one in Boston, btw). But I didn't see anything about a special lounge for international Business passengers.
