SQ emergency exit row charge, name mismatch

Hi,

sorry to write that up here, but I feel I need to do that.

So, after spending whole morning to book a flight for Saturday from DUS to SIN, showing several possible flights on theirs website, NONE of them was available in the last step before giving the credit card details. That just sucks. Why the hell do they display flights in the search results which are afterall not available?

Then, after 4 hours, they cleared their system, and suddenly ony ONE flight possibilty form former 10 possibilities was available. No A380 anymore, which was available all morning, but the system didnt let me book it.

I have to mention, that this is the frist time I use SQ.

1) Is the A380 constantly overbooked from London-Sin?
2) Why the hell do they charge 50 US$ for the emergncy exit row? They should leave that to families or guys with 2m in length, charging 50 bucks puts them down like no other airline.
3) Having booked a trip for two (spouse and me), the booking system tells me there was a frequent flyer name missmatch, but it doesnt show if this was a missmatch for my account or my spouse account. Also, I cant present a membership card a check-in, cause i havent got any yet. Is there any possibility to change the frequent flyer number in my booking account or in my spouse? I guess the Problem occured because the KF account first name of my spouse is Daisi and in the passport it is Daisy, so i-y. Any possibility to fix this?
