As for a number to call. you can call the general customer service line 1-877-723-3929 and you will go through some press 1 blah press 2 for this and that but you will be able to find out your accrual from a phone agent. I had to call and have mine account adjusted several times when the fuel awards were accruing. The accrual excluded dairy(milk) toward accrual for 10 cents off gas per $100 spent. The Abbott carrs here in Anchorage was for some reason not crediting ANY of the dollars spent toward this $100 for 10 cents off if you bought a half gallon of milk and $200 in food on the same receipt.
