What if a passenger requested to have their meal (not snack) in the middle of a flight when the other FA is not on duty?
With only one FA available to handle the whole meal service (i.e. preparing & serving), wouldn't the entire meal take much longer to complete?
They are human and have their limitations, but I think CX FAs in F try very hard to please. If you want a better pax-crew ratio, then fly SQ instead, which assigns 3-4 cabin crew members to its First/Suites Class.
