The Hampton Inn "fake eggs" are what they called egg patties, it is round and white, with a yellow spot in the side or middle like egg yolk, but it is not, and who know what is it really ? There was a huge thread talking about this "fake egg" in Hilton forum, and no one really have an idea what kind of substance made that so called "egg patties". All I can say is those are nasty and tasteless. Those are usually serve on weekends, maybe it is related to weekend rates are cheaper.
