First rule of Business is:

"Ask forgiveness, don't ask permission."

If your Manager doesn't know how much it costs to park at DFW then "eat" this trip's parking charge and NEXT TIME park in the garage @ $12/day and just turn it in. If they ask you about the "cost" just say "that's what they charge at DFW" or maybe "DFW is more expensive than Houston".

If you don't want to "eat" this trips parking charge then "hide the hat" - which is another Business Expense saying.

I know - this isn't nice to do, but travelling on the road should have "some" rewards.
