I used the D24 code and it worked fine. The QY code was a better offer--you only had to maintain a $1500 balance rather than $2500. It's a little irritating that you can get into the application process using the code but you can't complete the application. I find that is par for the course with Citibank.

I had a citfi account for awhile and it was horrible. The new Citibank online product was rated #1 by Gomez.com so I thought I'd give them another try--especially since they are offering 5000 miles.
