Something funny is going on with the system.
This morning I placed a call, and definitely got routed somewhere other than "SMS" because the agent asked for my confirmation number, and when I told him I didn't know it, asked for my SM number- so obviously somewhere between entering my number into the phone system and getting to an agent, it didn't send me to the right place.
