Flight cancelled. What are the exact EU compensation rules for flight cancelation?
I have a LH ticket for the following next week.

LYS-FRA-WAW-LJU-MUC-LYS

The WAW-LJU leg is on Adria metal and my travel agent just contacted me to say that Adria has canceled the flight. They are saying that LH protected me on a flight over 36 hours later. I said that isn't good enough as I need to reach LJU that day. There are easy connections via Vienna or Prague. They said I would have to pay extra for this and receive no compensation.

Does anyone know the rules on this? I plan to fight this in the morning.
