A quick update... Just talked with the travel agent who (with no surprise) said it wasn't his own fault, UA makes the rules and we can't do anything, blah blah... I'll try to phone UA helpdesk tomorrow as it's too late today and see if they can do something but I doubt it. Thanks anyway to you all for the informations.
