TG F pax are driven by buggy from the entrance of the C lounge along the back of the C lounge to the F lounge. Quite silly if you ask me.
The TG F checkin is quite close to the F lounge, basically just down the escalator after security.

I was never driven to the departure gate in BKK but always escorted by a lovely young lady.
