DL does have a priority lane at SEA, just over by the A/S gates. I last used it in mid-December.

I've always encountered a backup at this priority checkpoint as well. I think it's the way the lines are setup and several regular lines merge into the priority one as well.

I think the vast majority of DL pax use the A/S checkpoint, which doesn't have a priority lane. Whenever I have a red-eye flight on DL, I always schlep over to the C checkpoint (which is practically dead after 9 pm) to avoid the hoards at A/S.
I didn't realize there was another C checkpoint aside from the central checkpoint with WN access. Will have to check it out next time. Also, please see my first comment about the existence of DL's priority lane.
