To make things nice and easy for customers you have to buy the lounge access at the ticket desk and not in the lounge ...
I just feel

I wrote a letter, why they limited the Lounge-Access (for my family).
The answer was: Due to customer complaint we wanted to make the lounges more exclusive!
Now they charge for extra guests! What comes next? Charge for the second guest? Charge for every visit?

40 Euro for a Lounge-Visit? I get a nice meal at the airport for that!
