Looks like the Air France model !
The hilarious part is that first LH tried to limit lounge access for status pax, then they backpedaled reluctantly and now they are flogging the lounge space against cash.

I am sure LH will confirm that this was on request by their customers.

To make things nice and easy for customers you have to buy the lounge access at the ticket desk and not in the lounge ...
