- End of free beverage service on domestic flights at the end of March
- Strengthen paid service such as adding Starbucks coffee as early as mid-April
- Madarin orange juice by Sembikiya-Sohonten Ltd. for 500 yen a glass
- Lupici Co. Darjeeling tea for 300 yen a cup
- ANA onion soup au gratin for 500 yen.
- Alcoholic beverages for 1,000 yen a bottle.
- Paid meal service on selected routes.
- Water and green tea for free to avoid economy-class syndrome

I won't be surprised if they charge for checked baggages next
It appears that they follow the trend set by US and European carriers (low fares and limited service) rather than going bankrupt.
