Ok, so. I am brazilian, but no matter how many times I get to go back to visit, I always forget this, and it it always a royal pain to figure it out. (ive been gone for way too long)

How do you make calls in Brazil with a US cellphone? My at&t plan allows me to use my phone there, but they have no clue what you need to dial.

I remember in the past something about using the 2 digit code for the operadora. I think the phone there behaves like a brazilian phone?

So I need to know how to I dial a US phone number, and a Brazilian phone number.
