Is your JQ flight on a JQ or QF code?

If its on a JQ code then once the email from JQ comes it should have the JQ PNR. Some times JQ emails are very slow to come, but it should have come with in 48hrs.

Call Qantas and ask them for the PNR for your JQ booking.
