My understanding is that these are
wet-lease flights (like Helvetic and ContactAir), where LX is the only selling carrier and hence the flights are treated like LX-operated flights.
If however they are
codeshare flights (i.e. BD sells and markets the flights under a BD code, with a BD product, and LX merely adds its LX designator) then they would be treated like BD-operated flights.
