Probably, but you're not actually supposed to.

Thing is, most of the time when you do a paid U/G from an award ticket, they put you in a revenue class of service. If your boarding pass shows F, you'll likely get miles, Q-points, Plat bonus, Class-of service bonus, TTBNS bonus, and every other bonus known to man.

Only thing is, if you don't, you can't really ..... about it, because you weren't supposed to get credit in the first place.
