I entirely agree... seems like SQ takes more than it gives, and perhaps its time for Star to start pushing back.

I'm sure SQ status passengers would not appreciate being unable to book F/J awards on half of their Star partners flights, nor being rebuffed entrance to a partner lounge although they hold both a Star Gold card and a F/J Star boarding pass...
