To answer my own question, I guess the answer is yes since OLCI really did only open only after today's BD123 departed...
Strange.

Anyway, found myself right at the back of the plane for some reason (never happened to me as BD G) but managed to move myself forward to row 9, and the seat block does still seem to work.
