Just back from the JW - cycled around next to where the Rennaisance is being built. The person from JW leading the tour told my wife it was the new Rennaisance and is opening in June. Many of the staff from the JW are moving to there (makes sense having a mixture of experienced and new staff).

Couldn't see much of it from the road - but I doubt it will be open in March from what I saw.
