It is North America, but I know that they treat it as an exception for automatic upgrades, so I don't know which fare class to book.
As I look at the price difference between K and M, it probably makes sense to book M for use with the SWU's to get the 150% MQM's, but I would still like to know what is required.
K and up works. Now that no more PU464s on DL (Hawaii Resident Any-Fare Upgrade), I've been using PU503s instead... though with PU503s the K fares end up nearly twice higher than the normal fares would for PU464s (any-fare upgrade to A class - up to the last seat on plane).

This is really what PM SWUs should be like: any fare upgrade to A class, up to the last seat on the plane.
