It was pretty old - probably as old as, most likely OLDER than the timetable I have:

[early 00s. Lists 2 767-200 configurations, 3 767-300 configurations, ALL of them are 2-1-2 configuration in F, 2-2-2 in J EXCEPT for the infamous 767-300 Hawaii configuration [2-2-2 in F, rest is coach].
