Due to international travel I am restricted to a 20" carry on bag. I do need wheels (sorry Air Boss).

I have spent a lot of time in travel stores with a tape measure trying to figure out what the largest storage capacity 20" bag with wheels is. I prefer non-expanding since I will never be allowed to expand it anyway.

The biggest I have ever found is the older Victorinox 20" Werks 2.0 bag. For some unknown reason they made the 3.0 with less storage space.

I'm sure that someone on this forum knows what the truly largest storage capacity 20" carry-on roller bag is - and I'm dying to know so I can buy one!
