Those flights allow for online connecting traffic only, and as such will will not display on point-to-point availability display, but only if as part of a connection. The easiest way to get them is to ask for availability from ORD to TXL at (about whatever time you're leaving from ORD) connecting at BRU on AA. That will display the correct AA/** 6600 series segment, which, BTW, lands at THF (Berlin Tempelhof).

The other way if you have flight number in hand is to simply blind-sell the segment: book AA6677, class (whatever), date (whatever) from BRU to THF and voila' you're done.
