I agree with you. But in this case Jet will be my main and the long haul carrier, BA is just a domestic connection. Luggage will be checked in to the final destination from DEL. So if Jet "allow" my business allowance at check in then I shouldn't face any problems from BA. But jet are saying that they will only allow the business allowance on the Jet portion and excess luggage charges will be payble for BA.
