Makes no difference to rate or anything. And it may not be needed but doing it up front is the KEY.
Upfront Shmupfront...it doesn't really matter. Changing from 1 guest to 2 guests isn't the most suss thing on the planet. (In some cases, you just need to be a little bit open minded for a while
)
And for some of us who have the January Sale, an extra guest will cost more due to the breakfast. In my case (HPC discount applied), this is $12 per night. Still very cheap full breakfast for anyone, however.
