Agreed I have the same in my profile, check into the Melbourne Marriott, right by the elevators on concierge level (no view) Problem with the air con in the room, they say we will change your room no problem its quiet tonight, new room is far from the air con and with a view same level.. Makes me wonder why I wasn't put there in the first place
