It doesnt seem to show any award fare buckets for DL on the online tool...is this not available for the online/web-based version of KVS? This functionality is only available via the KVS Tool itself and not via the Online Companion. Your 2nd Registration Code has now been rushed to you via e-mail, so you should be all set!
