You're not a Californian, my friend. I grew up with them, and I love a big greasy Double Double with grilled onions.

My vote is Potbelly's for good grub in MDW. Had a Wreck earlier this evening, actually. It's decent for airport food. I wouldn't actually seek one out, outside of MDW. Nuts on Clark is great if you want a tub of popcorn as an in flight snack. Get the cheddar/carmel mix and bring tons of napkins.

I ate at Illinois Bar & Grill a while back and it was good as well. Overall MDW seems a lot cleaner now than I remember it being a few years back. I don't mind flying through there anymore.
