Forgeting the lack of F&F rate, does the lack of room options mean that there are no suites that are available for upgrade? FYI, I'm looking Valentine's/President's Day/Lunar New Year weekend so that could explain it.
I noticed that Signature Casita Suite isn't offered in the Rate of the Day, but on the same NFAF dates when they offer it the Signature Casite Suite was indeed available.. I guess that they don't offer this suite generally to the public. The point is, just because it doesn't show up, it doesn't mean its not available. Call concierge for availability.

I like their packages too.. so check it out under Mayakoba and then packages. F&F was available for Spring Break, although its $80 more than say a slow time, still might be worth the trip down.
