I am trying to get to Istanbul from Los Angeles Business Class for 4 people leaving June 12 and returning from Prague at the end of June. I can't find any over Atlantic flights using AMEX or any other airline program flights. I realize that I may only get to a European gateway but this will do. Any suggestions?
