I cannot be done online. To do it go to Options | Advanced | SIM Card and copy that number down somewhere. Then call *611 and request to change your plan. Tell them you want to switch to the unlimited international data plan. They will likely transfer you to global support. If they don't ask you for the SIM card number then ask them to confirm that the SIM is activated. Then they'll ask for the number and make it happen.

Shouldn't take much more than 10 minutes start to finish.
